Sup Chef Returns & Refunds Policy (U.S. Only)

Shipping Area

At this time, Sup Chef products are shipped within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Because Sup Chef products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on popcorn or other edible products once they have been shipped.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or missing item)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All food and popcorn products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or consumed.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at customerservice@supchefs.com.
